In the previous article titled "Introduction" we learned how to create an account on AISM, access the main dashboard and engage with the AI Assistant. In this article we will focus on the functionalities of your account.
Your dashboard is split into 3 major sections, each displaying specific information:
The 'Subscription' box will show your subscription status and the number of remaining tokens for the month. All subscription plans, whether monthly or annual, have a token limit per month. This token count is reset each month on the date your subscription began and do not carry over to the next month. For instance, if you subscribe to a plan on the 21st of the month, your tokens will be reset to your plan's limit at 12:00 a.m. UTC on the 21st of the following month. Once you exhaust your tokens, AISM usage is paused until the next cycle begins or you choose to upgrade your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription before the 21st of the following month, you will continue to have access to all subscription benefits, including any remaining tokens, until that date, but your subscription status will be displayed as 'cancelled'.
Some subscriptions come with trial periods that grant you full access to the benefits before requiring you to pay. Your chosen payment method will only be charged after the trial period has expired. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. However, the number of available tokens will be attributed to the renewal cycle in effect.
After your subscription ends and the renewal cycle passes, the subscription box will show "No active subscription" and provide a button directing you to the Plans and Pricing page.

Based on your subscription type, you can link AISM to one or multiple stores for data retrieval. After connecting a store, a summary box with store-related information will appear on your dashboard.
If the connection expires, an alert will show up at the bottom of the associated summary box. This means that AISM can no longer retrieve data and you must reauthorize the connection to the store.
For more information on store connections, check out the "Connecting to one or more eCommerce stores" section.
Each user or organization account has access to a set of resources which can be accessed directly from the dashboard page.
The Knowledge Base and Customer links are always accessible. However, access to Referrals and the Discord Community may vary based on your country, connected tools, and user behavior.

Your "Account settings" page is split in 5 major sections, each displaying specific information related to your account.
In the Profile Settings section of each account, users can view and modify their information:
Please note that the organization information is only available for the Professional Plan. VAT ID can be used for tax purposes by companies located in the European Union.
From this section, users can add, view and remove connections to their stores. Depending on their selected subscription plan, connections can be made to one or several stores across different eCommerce platforms, with each store presented in its own summary box.
When no connections are active, the summary box will prompt users with a message encouraging them to initiate a new store connection.
After a store connection is established, a summary box with connection-related information like the Store's URL, Authorization date and Permissions, will appear in this section.
If the connection expires, an alert will show up at the bottom of the associated summary box. This means that AISM can no longer retrieve data and you must reauthorize the connection to the store.
There can be multiple reasons why a connections stops working. The most common are:

When there's no active connection, the summary box will prompt users with a message encouraging them to initiate a new connection.
Once a connection to a messaging tool has been established, a summary box with connection-related information like the Username and Authorization date will appear in the Comms section.

Similar to the Subscription box from the dashboard, the Account Settings version offers a more detailed view over your current subscription status.
If there's no active subscription or a cancelled subscription's renewal cycle has ended, the box indicates "No active subscription" and directs users to the Plans and Pricing page.
If a subscription's associated payment method cannot be billed, an alert message will be displayed, prompting the user to update his payment method or retry.
By default, we'll attempt to bill your payment method three times up until the specified date. Should the last attempt be unsuccessful, your subscription will be cancelled and access to AISM will be limited. However, rest assured, you can reactivate your subscription or choose a new one at any time without losing any data.
For those on a yearly subscription, you have the flexibility to pause it for a maximum of 60 days. To do so, click on "Pause subscription" and specify a reason for your choice. Please note, the provided reasons are solely for our insight and won't impact the automated pause process. Monthly subscriptions, however, cannot be paused.
To update your payment method or review your invoice history, click on the "View past invoices" link. This will redirect you to your Stripe customer profile, where an email verification is required for further access.

Deletion of an AISM account is not automated at this time. To remove your account, kindly submit a request through the customer portal, reach out to us via the support chat, or email us at [email protected].
Based on your subscription status, account deletion requests are typically processed within 24 hours. If a subscription must be cancelled prior to deletion, your account will be removed after the associated subscription's renewal cycle date.
