AISM is an AI assistant designed to streamline online store management. You can ask it about sales, check inventory, or delegate tasks—all through simple chat interactions.

Whether you're a digital expert or a novice, AISM's intuitive user experience ensures a seamless connection to your online store. With AISM, you can ask questions, delegate, or gain insights into your store's metrics, products, sales, and customers in the same way you would with a human colleague. Furthermore, you can extend AISM's capabilities beyond your store by connecting it to other tools. Here's how to get started:


Creating an account: To start using AISM you need to create an account on The minimum information required is your last name, email address and a strong password. You also need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy before continuing.

Connect your store: After signing up, you will be redirected to the store connection setup page, where you can authorize the connection between AISM and your store. Depending on the eCommerce platform you're using, please check out the "Using AISM with one or more eCommerce stores" for detailed steps. Click on "Authorize connection" to complete the current step and move on to the next one.

Select a subscription: Before proceeding to the following step, you must verify your email address. To accomplish this, please visit the email address you registered with and click the verification link in the email from AISM. Once you verify your email you will be able to choose a subscription from the ones available.

For a very limited time, you can choose to use AISM with your own OpenAI API key. This will be equivalent to option stack from the Basic plan, but with usage entirely managed by your OpenAI Account. Just make sure you have access to the GPT-4 model before continuing.

Engage with AISM: Once you have chosen a subscription, you're set to go. You can either go to your store admin an use AISM from the chat interface available in the app/extension/plugin installed, or set up a connection with one of your favorite messaging tools like Discord, Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Once your account setup is complete you will be redirected to your Dashboard where you will see a brief overview of your subscription and your connected stores, as well as a list of useful resources.
